Monster Cookie Smoothie Bowl

If your favorite childhood ice cream flavor was that iconic bright blue, sweet, soft serve vanilla ice cream, with tons of random candies and cookies mixed in, then this monster cookie smoothie bowl will quickly become a recipe you'll make on repeat! This smoothie bowl version is so healthy you can eat it first thing in the morning as it is packed with tons of healthy, nourishing ingredients that will keep you full for hours! It's also vegan, gluten free, and dairy free, so moment of silence please for this scrumptious masterpiece!

 

YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 5 mins.


Ingredients:

- 2 frozen bananas

- A handful of ice cubes

- 3 drops blue food coloring

- 1 tbsp almond butter

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

- 1/4 cup almond milk

- A splash of vanilla extract

- Birthday cake cookie dough (I have a healthy recipe on my blog!)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add your bananas, ice, almond butter, protein powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  2. Halfway through blending add in your food coloring and continue the blending process until it has been well incorporated.

  3. Scoop your smoothie into a bowl and mix in your cookie dough. Top with extra cookie dough crumbles, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.

  4. Enjoy!!
