Starting the day off with a nourishing sweet treat, is always an amazing way to start the day! These oats take under 30 minute to make, plus they're single serving so you get to eat it all! The gluten free and nut free incredible recipe everyone has been waiting for!

TIME: 30 mins.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon (divided)
- 1/2 cup lactose free milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp organic cane sugar
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and spray a large ramekin with cooking spray.
Add everything to a blender, except the cane sugar, 1/2 tsp of the cinnamon, and the dark chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
Pour your batter into prepared ramekin and place in the fridge for 5 mins while we make our cinnamon sugar mix.
Stir together the cane sugar, and other half of cinnamon in a small bowl. Remove the oat batter from the fridge, then place the 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips in the center of the batter, making sure you cover them completely with the batter. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over top.
Bake for roughly 20 minutes.
