Blueberry Pie Smoothie Bowl

I honestly can't tell the difference between a warm gooey, sweet blueberry pie, and this delicious, creamy smoothie bowl version. Well, apart from the temperature difference haha. This incredible blueberry pie smoothie bowl is definitely my new favorite! And I guarantee it'll be yours too!

 

YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 5 mins.


Ingredients:

- 2 cups frozen blueberries

- 1/2 frozen banana

- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/4 cinnamon

- 1/8 allspice

- A few ice cubes

- A splash of vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup almond milk

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients listed above to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with granola, blueberries, and feel free to garnish with mint leaves if you're feeling fancy!

  3. Enjoy!!
