Blueberry Banana Oat Waffles

You have to make my blueberry banana oat waffles, because this recipe only takes 10 minutes to make, and you only need a blender! These tasty waffles aren't only incredibly easy, but they're also DAIRY FREE! Oh and did I mention they'll make your house smell amazing!

TIME: 10 mins.


Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

- 2 cups rolled oats

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 eggs

- 1 banana

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 packet of stevia

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray

  2. Blend all ingredients listed above until smooth (except the blueberries)

  3. Once the batter has been blended fold in your blueberries and begin pouring roughly 3/4 of the batter into your waffle iron, close then cook each side for about 2 minutes

  4. Continue with the rest of your batter then top with optional toppings of choice! (I did strawberries, almond butter, maple syrup, and sliced almonds)

  5. Enjoy!!
