Birthday Cake Baked Oats

Who says it has to be your birthday in order to indulge in a healthy, delicious, vegan birthday breakfast! These oats are not made with any weird ingredients either! As a matter of fact you probably already have all the ingredients you need to make it! This fluffy cake is the perfect way to start your day! Overall super nourishing!

 

YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 45 mins.


Ingredients:

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

- A splash of maple syrup

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray an oven safe bowl generously with cooking spray.

  2. Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour batter into prepared dish and mix in lots of sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Bake for 30-40 mins.

  4. Enjoy!!
