Yes, healthy neapolitan ice cream does exist! A classic banana split inspired smoothie bowl in a coconut bowl is pure Heaven! With a mix of strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate luscious ice cream as the base, and fresh banana slices and chopped nuts on top, this vegan and gluten free breakfast was to die for! Dessert for breakfast, anyone?

TIME: 10 mins.
Vanilla Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Strawberry Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Chocolate Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
In a blender, add all your vanilla ingredients, and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and place in the freezer while we make the strawberry and chocolate.
Repeat step 1 for the strawberry and chocolate layers.
Once all 3 flavors have been created, swirl/layer them in your serving dish, and top with banana slices, chopped nuts, and frozen cherries.
